recently i have been trying to figure out things about event planning but the more i learn the more I know i need to stick with a group of people that want to do the same thing... and the thing is I gotta figure out a cheap hotel that is comfortable :P its so ANNOYING because hawaii is a great travel destination but its hard to figure out and plan when would be affordable for guests if any would be>? but then i was trying to consider is it the guests that drive the fans to goto a Anime Convention? or is it the community that comes together with it? i was also considering trying to get the blood drive over to the con because it would be very beneficial to the community and make the convention more visable to the public eye :)

I think, if you get all your ducks in a row, you just have to promote the event good enough and the people will be there.
