theres a pretty old group called Capsule which I was recently introduced to from my friend Yina. There kinda bubbly pop? with a touch of french rhythm and a beat that would throw you back into the 60's. Its really quite the mix up... the composer for the group is just awesome, I cant really describe it in words. The group released music they composed for a Louie Vuitton commercial that was released with an anime character. You can probably find it on YouTube if you search for "anime louie vuitton"
